Careers Support
The path within the NHS can sometimes be challenging for staff from diverse backgrounds. APNA members can offer to those who need support career support where required in a tailored way that varies from writing applications, CV’s and cover letters to interview support. We also intend to set up a more formal structured support via a Talent Acceleration Group to support the pipeline of talent, emerging South Asian NHS professionals.
We will help and support our members navigate career pathways, surmount cultural or ethnicity-related hurdles, and lay groundwork for future leadership roles, fostering a legacy of inclusivity and growth.
