APNA NHS aspire to develop our strategy and team to build our understanding of the distinct health challenges faced by South Asian communities. We will support via our members to carry out research that examines these issues, gathering vital data. Armed with knowledge, we will then advocate for transformative policy changes, ensuring the NHS offers services finely tuned to the needs of the South Asian populace.

We will also be advocates for our staff who suffer inequalities in promotion and progress or inequalities highlighted by the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) and the gender pay gap in particular.
